Role Overview

We are hiring an Account Manager US Staffing with experience in client relationship management within US IT staffing. The role requires regular client interaction, account ownership, requirement generation, and revenue coordination. Candidate should be comfortable visiting clients and managing stakeholder relationships independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned client accounts in the IT staffing business
- Able to generate new clients as well
- Regular client visits and relationship management with key stakeholders
- Generate hiring requirements from existing clients on a daily/ongoing basis
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams for requirement closure
- Handle multiple client POCs and ensure smooth communication across stakeholders
- Manage invoicing coordination and account-level billing follow-ups
- Maintain robust client engagement and identify account growth opportunities
