Role Overview

We are looking for a
Performance Test Engineer
with strong programming fundamentals and hands-on experience in performance testing. The ideal candidate should have an
engineering-oriented development/programming background
and be capable of scripting, executing, analyzing, and troubleshooting performance tests across APIs, microservices, and modern applications.

Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience in
Performance Testing
including Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, Scalability, and Capacity Testing.
- Experience with
JMeter / LoadRunner / NeoLoad / k6
.
- Strong programming/scripting skills in
Java / Python / JavaScript / Groovy
.
- Good understanding of
REST APIs, Microservices, and distributed applications
.
- Knowledge of
SQL and database performance analysis
.
- Exposure to
APM & Observability
tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, AppDynamics, Azure Application Insights, Grafana, or Splunk.
- Exposure to
AWS / Azure
and cloud-based performance testing.




- Understanding of
CI/CD
tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.
- Basic understanding of
Docker / Kubernetes
.
- Exposure to
JVM performance concepts
, including GC, Heap, and Thread analysis.
- Ability to identify
performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and perform RCA
.
- Practical exposure to
AI/GenAI-assisted engineering
for coding, scripting, debugging, analysis, test-data generation, or automation is preferred.
- Good collaboration skills to work with development, DevOps, cloud, and infrastructure teams.
