As an AI Specialist at Lockated, you will play a key role in driving the successful implementation and adoption of our AI-powered products across partner schools in India. You will undergo structured onboarding to gain a deep understanding of the Lockated AI product suite and work closely with teachers, school administrators, and internal teams to ensure smooth deployment, training, and ongoing support.
This role is ideal for enthusiastic freshers who are passionate about technology, communication, and problem-solving. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned schools, helping educators confidently adopt AI solutions while collecting valuable feedback to improve product performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn the Lockated AI product suite end-to-end during onboarding
- Conduct product training sessions for school teachers and staff
- Take ownership of 4-5 partner schools as their dedicated point of contact
- Drive product adoption, gather feedback, and coordinate with the internal product team
- Provide ongoing handholding, refresher trainings, and basic troubleshooting support.
