Must have

3+ years’ experience in Identity & Access Management (user management lifecycle)

Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ tool, support and admin role

Understanding of the Sailpoint Joiner Mover Leaver workflows, provisioning/aggregation failures, optimizing system performance,



and ensuring that access policies are not breached.

Strong database skills, including building and writing SQL queries

Experience with Microsoft Windows Server management.

Quick learner; able to adapt existing IT skills to a new environment

Team player mindset

Able to work rotating shifts and perform well under pressure in a production environment

Better to have

Experience of working on Service NOW

Understanding of Active Directory services (including ADLDS)

Good understanding of ITIL concepts, especially Service Operations activities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working across cultures

Experience working in Agile ways of working
