Position - Production Supervisor /Shift Incharge
Qualification - Diploma or degree in Mechanical

Experience - Min 2 year experience into Production supervisor or Shift incharge

Roles - Daily Scheduling: Prepare daily and weekly production schedules based on targets received from the plant manager.

Resource Allocation: Allocate manpower, raw materials, and machinery efficiently to minimize ideal time.

Target Achievement: Monitor hourly production output to ensure daily dispatch schedules are met without delays.

Inventory Coordination: Coordinate with stores and purchase departments to prevent material stock-outs on the line.

In-Process Quality: Implement strict in-process quality checks and ensure line clearance before starting a new batch.

Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Investigate quality defects or customer complaints using tools like 5-Why or Fishbone diagrams to prevent recurrence.

Standard Compliance: Ensure compliance with ISO standards and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) on the shop floor

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
