About the Role - Operations Executive
We are looking for a results- driven, skilled and experienced Operations Executive (1-3 years) to lead back-office or back- end operation i.e. KYC/ documentation processes in loan disbursement for MSME Business Loans across secured and unsecured products, covering both short-term and long-term lending solutions.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in back-office or end-to-end operations- i.e. KYC/documentation processes in loan disbursement in a Business loan/ Business lending company ONLY
Proficiency in mainly English, Hindi and speaking south languages -Kannada, Telugu, Tamil,
or any other regional language will be an added advantage though not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the end-to-end disbursal process.
- Coordinating with borrowers to collect all required disbursal documents.
- Coordinating with lenders to ensure, quick queiry resolution, agreement signing and timely disbursal closure.
- Maintaining the disbursal tracker with all relevant data points and status updates.
- Occasionally visiting local clients when required.
- This is a 5 day work from office role.
Qualifications
l Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
l Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
l Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience
1+ years of experience in back-office or back-end operations- i.e. KYC/documentation processes in loan disbursement in a Business loan/ Business lending company ONLY.
