Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to manage and coordinate MEP works for high-rise construction projects. The role involves execution, coordination, quality control, and timely completion of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services at the project site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise, and monitor MEP works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Finishing, Planning, and other project teams for smooth execution.
- Supervise installation of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, firefighting, and other MEP services.
- Review MEP drawings and ensure execution is as per approved designs and specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for technical and site-related requirements.
- Monitor material requirements, consumption, and availability at site.




- Ensure MEP works are executed within the required quality, cost, and timeline parameters.
- Conduct inspections and coordinate testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain required documentation, inspection records, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with project safety standards and applicable codes and specifications.

Qualification:
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant experience in high-rise / super high-rise construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP execution, coordination, and site management.
- Positive understanding of MEP drawings, specifications, and construction practices.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or high-rise projects will be preferred.
