About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development & Digital Marketing Executive who can drive the promotion and sales of our SaaS/HR technology product. The ideal candidate will combine digital marketing, B2B sales, lead generation, and relationship-building skills to identify prospective organizations, connect with decision-makers, generate qualified leads, and convert opportunities into customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B digital marketing and sales strategies to promote our software product.
- Identify and approach CEOs, Founders, HR Heads, CHROs, Business Heads, and other key decision-makers across target organizations.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, social media, online research, networking, and other digital channels.
- Conduct product presentations and online software demonstrations for prospective customers.




- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospects and business stakeholders.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to demo, negotiation, and closure.
- Develop targeted campaigns to increase product awareness, website traffic, demo bookings, and customer acquisition.
- Research competitors, target markets, industry trends, and potential customer segments.
- Create engaging marketing content including LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, product presentations, brochures, case studies, and promotional content.
- Work closely with the product and technical teams to understand product features and effectively communicate their business value.
- Maintain lead and customer information using CRM platforms and regularly track sales activities and pipeline.
