About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to take strategic and operational ownership of permanent hiring across India (Gurgaon and Bangalore) and oversight of contractor delivery via our outsourced MSP. This is a high‑impact leadership role: leading the India TA team, shaping the location recruitment strategy, and ensuring an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience while supporting global Talent Acquisition priorities.

Summary of the role and key responsibilities:
- Lead the India Talent Acquisition team to deliver an outstanding recruitment experience for candidates and business managers across Gurgaon and Bangalore.
- Coach and develop the team to operate as product-line and business SMEs; define responsibilities, manage performance, and set goals.
- Partner with global Resourcing Business Partners and the HR community to understand key priorities and translate them into a location recruitment strategy backed by market intelligence.




- Position the company as an employer of choice; manage candidate engagement throughout the selection process and support D&I;, branding, and candidate experience initiatives.
- Directly manage a portfolio of open roles where needed, using internal talent pools and direct sourcing as a first priority.
- Brief all individuals involved in selection on their role, inclusive recruitment, best practice, and selection techniques.
- Support the Executive Recruitment team in India on senior or specialist hires where appropriate.
- Ensure adoption of relevant systems and processes, and compliance with all policies and guidelines relating to Talent Acquisition.
- Manage approval and offer processes, maintaining solid candidate engagement through to start date.
- Work with Compensation & Benefits to ensure competitiveness, and manage key supplier performance and relationships (third‑party agencies).
