About the Role

We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented Tele Sales Executives and Team Leads to join our growing team.

The selected candidates will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, generating leads, following up, converting prospects, and achieving assigned sales targets. Candidates applying for the Team Lead position will additionally be responsible for managing and guiding a telesales team.

Key Responsibilities

Team Lead
- Manage, guide, and motivate a team of Tele Sales Executives.
- Set daily and monthly targets and monitor team performance.
- Track calls, conversions, productivity, and overall performance.
- Conduct regular team briefings and provide sales guidance.
- Support team members in handling challenging customer conversations.
- Prepare and share team performance reports with management.
- Ensure the team consistently achieves assigned sales targets.





Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply for Tele Sales roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools will be preferred.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- For the Team Lead position, prior experience in telesales and team handling will be preferred.
