Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled and innovative R&D; Executive to join our Beverage Manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for developing recent beverage products, improving existing formulations, conducting product trials, evaluating raw materials, and supporting the production team during commercialization.

The role requires strong knowledge of beverage formulation, food safety, quality standards, laboratory testing, and product development.

Key Responsibilities1. New Product Development
- Develop new beverage formulations based on market requirements and consumer preferences.
- Conduct laboratory-scale experiments and product trials.
- Develop and optimize formulations for juices, flavoured beverages,



carbonated drinks, functional beverages, energy drinks, packaged drinking water, or other beverage categories.
- Conduct sensory evaluation and coordinate product tasting panels.
- Modify formulations based on taste, appearance, texture, stability, and cost requirements.

2. Existing Product Improvement
- Review and improve existing beverage formulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve taste, quality, shelf life, stability, and cost efficiency.
- Troubleshoot formulation and processing-related issues.
- Conduct comparative studies with competitor products where required.

3. Raw Material Evaluation
- Evaluate new and existing raw materials, ingredients, flavours, colours, sweeteners, preservatives, stabilizers, acids, and other additives.
- Conduct trials for alternative suppliers and raw materials.
- Verify technical specifications and suitability of ingredients for beverage production.
