About the role

We are looking for a Sales & Trading Executive who is energetic, street-smart, and driven by results. You will be responsible for B2B trading deals in oil-based products. While oil industry experience is a plus, its not essentialwe are open to candidates with 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, networking, or B2B trading in any industry. You thrive in fast-moving, unstructured environments and can build relationships from scratch.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard buyers in the oil-based products market
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery logistics between parties
- Grow your own network of industry contacts through proactive outreach (cold calls, industry events, digital platforms)
- Achieve and exceed monthly trading volume and revenue targets
- Work closely with the operations and finance teams to ensure smooth deal execution
- Analyse market trends and pricing to identify trading opportunities




- Maintain solid post-deal relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Submit clear and timely reports on deals, pipelines, and market intelligence

Who We’re Looking For

You do not need to have an oil trading background—we value sharp commercial instincts and hustle over sector-specific experience.

Must-Haves:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, B2B business development, client networking, or trading in any industry (e.g., FMCG, metals, chemicals, agri-commodities, IT services, or even high-volume retail/franchise sales)
- A natural networker who enjoys building connections and closing deals
- Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship-based selling
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (Hindi/English, additional languages a plus)
- Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Self-starter, comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
