Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and organized Digital Marketing & Content Scheduling Executive to manage our digital presence across the company website, blog, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content while supporting brand visibility, website traffic, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a digital content calendar for the website, blogs, and LinkedIn.
- Plan, create, edit, and publish engaging blog articles and website content.
- Schedule and publish regular LinkedIn posts to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Research industry trends, keywords, topics, and competitor content.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect information and develop relevant content.
- Optimize website and blog content for SEO, including keywords, headings, meta descriptions, and internal linking.
- Monitor LinkedIn and website performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Track content performance, engagement, website traffic, and lead-generation metrics.




- Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual content.
- Repurpose blogs and website content into LinkedIn posts and other digital content.
- Support digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and company announcements.
- Maintain and regularly update the content publishing schedule.

Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Experience with LinkedIn content creation and scheduling.
- Basic understanding of website CMS platforms
- Robust research, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or social media.
