Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement community mobilization strategies to promote social welfare initiatives in rural areas.
- Coordinate with local organizations, stakeholders, and government agencies to design and deliver training programs for marginalized communities.
- Manage placement services for students from partner institutions, ensuring successful career outcomes through networking opportunities.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on program impact.

Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in community outreach, livelihood promotion, or related fields such as social work or skill development.
- Solid understanding of local context and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record in managing projects from conceptualization to implementation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare reports on project progress.
