About the Role
We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help us identify, pitch, and close new client partnerships. You'll be the face of Adtruf to prospective clients spotting opportunities, building relationships, and turning conversations into signed accounts.

What You'll Do
- Identify and reach out to potential clients across industries (agencies, D2C brands, local businesses, etc.)
- Generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, networking, and market research
- Pitch Adtruf's services and craft tailored proposals for prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and existing clients
- Coordinate with the founder/marketing team to align pitches with service capabilities




- Track outreach, follow-ups, and deal pipeline using CRM tools/spreadsheets
- Represent Adtruf at industry events, expos, and networking meetups
- Meet monthly targets for leads generated and deals closed

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (marketing/agency background preferred)
- Excellent communication skills confident, warm, and persuasive
- Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, emails, DMs, LinkedIn)
- Strong follow-up discipline and relationship-building instincts
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, ads, branding)
- Self-starter who can work independently and hit targets
- Bonus: existing network in Hyderabad's business/startup community
