Role Description
This is a full time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Gurugram, with compensation up to 4 LPA. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers. The role involves maintaining candidate pipelines, updating recruitment trackers, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all applicants. The HR Recruiter will collaborate closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs, support workforce planning, and contribute to employer branding initiatives. Daily responsibilities also include handling offer negotiations, following up on onboarding documentation, and adhering to company policies and timelines.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing (job portals, social media, referrals) and resume screening for various roles.




- Ability to conduct structured telephonic and in-person interviews and assess candidate fit based on role requirements.
- Competence in maintaining recruitment databases, tracking hiring metrics, and preparing regular reports for stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal teams.
- Understanding of basic HR processes, recruitment best practices, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in real estate or a fast-paced sales-oriented environment, is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple requirements simultaneously, and meet hiring timelines.
