About the Role
As a Freelance Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential B2B clients, reaching decision-makers, generating qualified opportunities and supporting the client acquisition process.
This is an outcome-driven freelance chance with no fixed monthly salary.
You will earn through successful business generated for Navya Nexus.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify companies that may require recruitment, HR consulting or business advisory services.
- Research potential clients and identify relevant decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, HR Heads, CHROs and Talent Acquisition leaders.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls,
referrals, networking and other B2B channels.
- Initiate conversations with prospective clients.
- Understand the prospect's hiring or business requirements.
- Generate qualified recruitment and HR consulting opportunities.
- Schedule meetings with relevant decision-makers.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an accurate lead pipeline.
- Coordinate with the Founder/Client Acquisition team for proposals and negotiations.
- Maintain regular updates on prospect status and business opportunities.
- Support the sales process until client conversion.
- Maintain professional communication and represent Navya Nexus appropriately.
