Role Description
The DEPUTY CITY HEAD is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role will support the City Head in overseeing daily operations, driving business growth,



and ensuring effective execution of city-level strategies. Responsibilities include monitoring key performance metrics, coordinating with sales, operations, and customer support teams, and ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction. The role involves managing local partnerships, optimizing processes, and resolving escalated issues to maintain smooth city operations. The DEPUTY CITY HEAD will also contribute to planning and implementing initiatives that improve productivity, expand market presence, and align city performance with overall organizational goals.
