- *Review customer enquiries, specifications, P&IDs;, and URS documents.*
- *Coordinate with design and engineering teams for technical inputs and cost estimation.*
- *Identify bought-out items (valves, pumps, instruments, etc.).*
- *Optimize designs and costing to ensure competitive pricing without compromising quality.*
- *Communicate with vendors for quotations and validate technical compliance.*
- *Support the sales team in technical discussions and presentations with clients.*
- *Maintain proposal records, revisions, and ensure timely submission of offers.*
- *Assist in handover of awarded projects to the project execution team.*
- Strong knowledge of P&ID; reading and process flow understanding
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of AutoCAD / design tools is an advantage.
- Positive communication and technical writing skills.
- Analytical approach with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
