Alopna Software is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive – IT Services to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, WhatsApp, social media, and other online platforms.
- Identify potential clients interested in website development, mobile app development, software development, e-commerce, UI/UX design, and digital marketing services.
- Contact prospects, introduce Alopna Software's services, and understand their business requirements.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads and maintain regular communication with potential clients.
- Schedule meetings with qualified prospects and coordinate with the technical team when required.
- Prepare and share proposals and quotations with clients.
- Negotiate with prospects and work towards converting leads into successful projects.




- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, proposals, and conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
- Basic understanding of website, mobile app, software, or digital marketing services.
- Comfortable with cold calling and online lead generation.
- Positive knowledge of LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other platforms for client outreach.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Candidates with experience in IT Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Software Sales will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are also encouraged to apply.
