Role & responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
- Work on requirements received from Implementation Clients / IT Services / System Integrators.
- Source, screen, qualify and submit candidates against technical requirements.
- Work closely with Account Managers and client SPOCs to understand job requirements.
- Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and ensure timely submissions.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for niche IT technologies.
- Negotiate rates, manage candidate follow-ups and coordinate interviews.
- Track submissions, interviews, selections and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM.




- Ensure compliance with client-specific submission and documentation processes.

Preferred candidate profile
- 3-9 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Robust understanding of US IT staffing and recruitment lifecycle.
- Good knowledge of technical skills, IT job titles and US hiring practices.
- Experience working directly or indirectly with Implementation Clients / IT Services companies.
- Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, databases and internal ATS.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in US night shifts.
