1.Lead faade design and engineering for high-rise, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use projects from concept to completion

2.Review and approve faade system designs — curtain wall (unitized/stick-built), ACP cladding, structural glazing, spider glazing, ventilated stone/HPL cladding, louvers, and skylights

3.Conduct structural calculations and reviews for wind load, dead load, seismic performance, and deflection criteria as per IS/ASTM/EN codes

4.Evaluate and select faade systems based on thermal performance, waterproofing, acoustics, fire safety, and aesthetic requirements

5.Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and contractors during design development and construction stages

6.Review shop drawings, mock-up approvals, and testing reports (air/water/structural performance tests) from faade contractors

7.Should have experience to Conduct site inspections and quality audits during installation to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications

8. Lead technical due diligence, tendering,



and vendor/contractor evaluation for faade packages

9.Troubleshoot faade-related site issues, leakages, and defects, providing remedial design solutions

10.Mentor and manage a team of faade engineers and junior consultants

11.Liaise with clients on technical presentations, value engineering, and project reviews and peer reviews.

12.Stay updated on emerging faade technologies, materials, and sustainability standards (LEED/GRIHA/IGBC)
