5. Address and escalate responsible patient-care concerns.
6. Coordinate immediate action during critical situations.
7. Coordinate hospital response during emergencies.
8. Manage operational requirements during disasters, fire, mass casualties, etc.
9. Monitor staff availability and shortages.
10. Arrange replacements for absent staff where required.
11. Coordinate manpower deployment during high workload.
12. Handle escalated patient/attendant complaints.
13. Coordinate with concerned departments for quick resolution.
14. Ensure proper documentation of major complaints.
15. Coordinate between Clinical, Nursing, Emergency, OT, ICU, Diagnostics, Pharmacy, Billing, Housekeeping and Security.
16. Monitor bed availability and occupancy.
17. Coordinate admissions, transfers and discharges.
18. Support smooth patient movement within the hospital.

Escalate serious incidents to senior management.
21. Ensure proper incident reporting and documentation.
22. Coordinate with Security during emergencies or security incidents.
23. Handle crowd control, violence, unauthorized access and missing-patient situations.
24. Monitor electricity, water, medical gases, lifts, HVAC and other essential services.
25. Coordinate with Engineering/Maintenance for breakdowns.
26. Ensure critical services are restored promptly.
27. Ensure MLC cases are handled according to hospital policy.
28. Coordinate with the concerned medical and administrative teams.
29. Maintain communication with senior management and department heads.
30. Escalate critical issues without delay.
31. Maintain the MOD logbook/shift report.
32. Record major incidents, complaints, staffing issues and operational problems.
33. Ensure hospital SOPs and policies are followed.
