Key Responsibilities: Installation & Commissioning: Install, configure, and commission solar energy systems, including photovoltaic (PV) panels, inverters, and battery storage.

Maintenance & Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair solar systems to ensure optimal performance.

Customer Support: Provide on-site technical support to customers, answering queries and resolving system-related issues.

System Diagnostics: Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve technical faults in solar installations and associated equipment.

Safety Compliance: Follow safety procedures and regulatory guidelines during all installation, maintenance, and repair activities.

Documentation: Prepare detailed service reports, maintenance logs, and ensure accurate record-keeping of system performance.

Inventory Management: Maintain and manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment required for service operations.

Training: Assist in training and mentoring junior engineers and technicians on system installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field (certifications in solar energy preferred).

Experience: 2+ years of experience in the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of PV systems, inverters, electrical wiring, and system monitoring software.

Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for solar equipment and electrical systems.

Communication: Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.

Physical Requirements: Ability to work at heights and in outdoor conditions.
