Job Summary
Rabbit Stationery Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily production operations, workforce management, machine efficiency and quality output. This role requires mandatory experience in manufacturing production, including manpower handling, production planning, machine management and coordination with QC, stores, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and manage daily production activities
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly and monthly production targets
- Monitor machine efficiency (OEE), downtime and output
- Coordinate with maintenance for breakdowns and preventive maintenance
- Maintain WIP status,
material flow and production timelines
- Ensure readiness of export and domestic orders
- Work closely with QC to resolve quality deviations and implement corrective actions
- Manage manpower allocation, shift planning and workforce discipline
- Review production reports, consumption, wastage and efficiency
- Implement production SOPs, safety rules and compliance, Audits
- Coordinate with purchase, stores, dispatch and management teams
- Improve productivity through process optimization and cost control
- Support current product development and trial runs
- Maintain strong shop‑floor presence and real‑time decision‑making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years of production experience in a manufacturing company (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of production planning, machine operations and manpower handling
- Understanding of quality systems, safety rules a
