This role is ideal for a **fresh graduate, HR intern, internship candidate, or someone looking for their first HR opportunity**. The position will provide practical exposure to **HR operations, employee engagement, PMS (Performance Management System), HR documentation, policy implementation and strategic HR activities**. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Assist with day-to-day **HR operations and employee documentation** * Maintain and update employee records,



files and HR databases * Support **employee engagement activities and initiatives** * Assist the HR team with **Performance Management System (PMS)** activities * Support implementation and communication of **HR policies and processes** * Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers and documentation * Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related processes and requirements * Support onboarding, employee records and other HR administrative activities * Gain exposure to **strategic HR planning and process improvement** * Provide general support to the HR team as required ### **Who Can Apply?** * Freshers with an interest in HR * HR graduates/postgraduates * Candidates with internship experience in HR * Candidates currently looking for an **HR internship who are interested in a full time opportunity** * Good communication, documentation and basic MS Office/Excel skills are preferred * Candidates from **Kalina, Santacruz and nearby areas** will be preferred ### *
