We are looking for a energetic Recruitment Consultant to join our Expert Network team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between industry experts and clients, identifying and onboarding the right subject-matter experts who can provide clients with market insights, industry knowledge, and answers to their specific business queries. This is a relationship-driven, consultative role — “not traditional bulk hiring.”

About the Role
- Identify, source, and onboard industry experts across relevant domains
- Understand client requirements in depth — including the type of expertise, industry knowledge, or market insight they are seeking
- Match the right expert to the right client based on the client's specific needs
- Conduct outreach and screening calls with potential experts to assess their knowledge, credibility, and relevance
- Build and maintain a strong, reliable database/network of experts across various industries
- Coordinate and schedule consultations/calls between experts and clients




- Act as the primary point of contact managing communication between experts and clients throughout the engagement

Qualifications
- BE / B.Tech (Excluding IT/Computer Science branches), MBA, or BBA
- Excellent communication skills — Must (this is a client-facing, consultative role)
- Strong research, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to quickly understand diverse industries and client needs
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
