Commercial Manager Jewellery

Location: Noida Sector 50
Industry: Luxury Jewellery – Polki, Kundan, Jadau, Diamond & Gold

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily commercial and operational activities of the jewellery showroom.
- Handle billing, cash/card/UPI reconciliation, customer advances, refunds and discounts.
- Monitor stock, inventory movement, physical verification and stock reconciliation.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales, stock and commercial MIS.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Inventory and Management teams.
- Monitor customer orders, repairs, returns and exchanges.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company SOPs.
- Support audits and identify any financial or stock discrepancies.
- Monitor discounts,



expenses and overall commercial profitability.
- Maintain strict control over high-value jewellery transactions.

Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in jewellery retail/commercial operations.
- Jewellery industry experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Gold, Diamond, Polki, Kundan & Jadau.
- Strong MS Excel, MIS, reconciliation and inventory management skills.
- Experience with POS/ERP or jewellery billing software.
- Solid analytical, communication and coordination skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy and responsibility.
