Role & responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred
- 0 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Candidates staying in Suburbs will be preferred
