Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle international calls from clients to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Execute outbound sales campaigns using cold calling techniques to meet daily targets.
- Process customer queries, resolve issues, and provide solutions through effective communication skills.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.

Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in BPO sales or telemarketing industry.
- Fluent English language proficiency for explicit communication with international clients.
- Strong selling skills with convincing ability to close deals over phone calls.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously during peak hours.
