Position Overview

At Quantique Metadata, we build secure, AI-powered digital infrastructure that powers hundreds of thousands of insurance policies monthly. We have a world-class technical product suiteranging from no-code/low-code insurance app builders to predictive renewal models. Now, we need a creative storyteller to tell the world about it.

We are looking for a Social Media Content Lead who can bridge the gap between deep tech (AI, ML, APIs) and compelling executive narratives. You will own our brand voice across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and medium-form platforms, turning complex technical engineering into highly engaging, authoritative social media content that speaks directly to insurance executives, partners, and tech leaders.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the Content Calendar: Plan, write, and execute a consistent weekly social media schedule primarily focusing on LinkedIn and X.





* Translate Tech into Stories: Work closely with our founders, developers, and product teams to break down our AI models, digital transformation frameworks, and case studies into clear, scannable, and engaging hooks and posts.

* Format & Visual Direction: Ideate straightforward visual assets (carousels, infographics, text-only breakdowns) that highlight our value proposition (e.g., modernizing legacy insurance systems, reducing processing friction).

* Engage the Industry: Actively monitor insurtech, fintech, and AI trends to map our commentary to trending topics. Interact with industry voices to grow Quantique’s organic footprint.

* Founder Brand Building: Help ghostwrite thought leadership posts for our leadership team to position them as authoritative experts in the insurtech space.
