■ Sales & Business Development Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and local market outreach. Promote and sell IncrediPets services including dog training, dog walking, grooming, and paravet support. Convert company-generated leads into active customers and maximize service bookings.



Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets within the assigned territory. Identify market opportunities and recommend growth strategies.

■ Customer Relationship Management Build solid relationships with pet parents and local communities. Provide accurate information regarding services and pricing. Ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

■ Reporting & Coordination Maintain accurate sales records and lead pipelines. Update CRM systems and sales reports regularly. Collaborate with operations teams for smooth service delivery. Provide competitor and market intelligence.

■ Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition. Experience in service sales, startup environments, or pet-related industries is preferred. Excellent communication, present
