- Basic English communication skills with confidence in speaking with clients and customers.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and sales activities.
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and possess a valid driving license.
- Good follow-up skills and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.
- Positive attitude with a professional approach toward customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage B2B sales activities, including lead generation, client visits, product presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.




- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and maintain transparent communication between the client and the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer needs, provide suitable solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective pitching, negotiation, and consistent follow-ups.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver product/service presentations based on customer requirements.
- Follow up with leads and prospects through calls, meetings, and regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
