Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PMGM).
- Configure Goal Management including goal plans, goal fields, templates, and goal libraries.
- Configure Performance Management forms, sections, rating scales, and competencies.
- Configure route maps and workflows for performance processes.
- Work with Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and user access.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SuccessFactors configuration.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and production support.
- Troubleshoot issues related to goals, performance forms, permissions, and workflows.
- Support data migration and employee data validation where required.
- Prepare configuration documents and user guides.
- Coordinate with HR/business teams and other SuccessFactors modules.
- Support integrations with other SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central.
