1. ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a persuasive and skilled Female Tele-marketing Executive to drive our B2B
outreach. The successful candidate will be responsible for connecting with decision-makers in the
Rubber and Plastic manufacturing sectors, introducing our raw material solutions, and converting
leads into business opportunities.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Outbound Outreach:
Execute daily outbound calling campaigns to potential B2B clients and manufacturers.
- Relationship Management: Build rapport with new and existing customers to understand their specific product requirements.
- Product Pitching: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our rubber and plastic raw materials to secure interest.
- Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/weekly calling targets and monthly sales objectives.
- System Management: Regularly update the CRM/Internal system with customer interactions, sales data, and follow-up schedules.
- Negotiation: Handle objections professionally and negotiate terms to advance the sales process.
3. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, and CRM data entry).
- Core Competencies: Strong communication, active listening, and high-level negotiation skills.
