Enterprise Evangelist Strategic Accounts

Key Responsibilities
- Anchor consultative & solution-selling engagements across assigned R0 enterprise accounts by understanding customer business priorities and challenges.
- Build and nurture relationships with CXOs and senior business stakeholders to position the organization as a strategic partner.
- Conduct discovery workshops to identify customer pain points and recommend tailored solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Lead product demonstrations, solution presentations, and executive briefings that showcase business value and ROI.
- Partner with Account Managers and Sales teams throughout the enterprise sales cycle to influence large and strategic deals.
- Develop account growth strategies by identifying cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities within existing customers.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams to incorporate customer feedback into product evolution and go-to-market initiatives.
- Represent the organization at customer events, leadership forums, webinars,



and industry conferences to strengthen brand presence and thought leadership.
- Track market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging enterprise challenges to proactively shape customer conversations.
- Ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation while maintaining executive engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
