We are looking for a motivated CMA qualified with 1–3 years of experience to join our Finance & Accounting team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting financial reporting, management accounting, reconciliations, MIS and other finance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse financial reports and MIS
- Perform account reconciliations and review financial data
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Prepare management reports and financial analysis
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger activities
- Assist with financial controls and process improvements
- Coordinate with internal teams and support client requirements
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned finance activities

Required Skills:
- CMA qualification or CMA Final
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with international clients will be an advantage

Preferred:
- Experience in Financial Reporting / FP&A; / Management Accounting / MIS
- Exposure to ERP/accounting systems
- Experience working with international clients or accounting standards
