Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop new products, including sheet metal parts, assemblies, and fixtures using SolidWorks.
- Create 3D models, drawings, and documentation for manufacturing purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets product requirements and specifications.
- Conduct reverse engineering on existing products to improve designs and reduce costs.
- Develop jigs and fixtures for assembly processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in design engineering or related field (sheet metal fabrication).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solid Works, 3D modeling, welding fixture design, jigs & fixtures creation.
- Solid understanding of assembly design, BOM creation, research skills.
