Job Description
Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations.
Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing materials.
Handle receiving, storage and dispatch of raw materials, finished goods and other inventory. Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
Coordinate with purchase, production, dispatch and other departments.
Ensure proper stacking, storage and handling of materials.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory records.
Prepare stock reports and maintain required documentation.
Ensure smooth loading and unloading activities.
Follow safety, housekeeping and inventory control procedures.
Requirements
Candidates with experience in Flour Mills or Rice Mills will be preferred.
Relevant experience in Store/Warehouse operations.
Good knowledge of inventory management and stock handling.
Ability to manage warehouse staff and daily activities.
Valuable coordination and communication skills. Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
