Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Legal Advisor to provide legal guidance, protect the company’s interests, ensure regulatory compliance, and support management in handling legal matters and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance to management and different departments.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, MoUs, notices, and other legal documents.
- Ensure company operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Identify potential legal risks and recommend appropriate preventive measures.
- Handle legal notices, disputes, claims, and correspondence with external parties.
- Coordinate with external advocates, legal consultants, government authorities, and other legal professionals when required.
- Review employee agreements, HR policies, disciplinary matters, and employment-related legal issues.




- Maintain proper records of legal documents, contracts, cases, and compliance matters.
- Support the company in resolving customer, vendor, employee, and business-related legal issues.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and advise management on their impact.
- Conduct legal research and prepare opinions or reports when required.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company and legal information.

Required Qualifications
- LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
- Valid Bar Council registration is preferred.
- Relevant experience in corporate, employment, contract, or commercial law.
- Strong knowledge of applicable business and employment laws.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters professionally.
