Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS and applicable accounting standards.
- Manage complete Month-End and Year-End Closing activities.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Handle GST, TDS, Corporate Tax compliances and tax reconciliations.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during statutory and tax audits.
- Manage Lease Accounting as per IFRS 16 / Ind AS 116, including lease calculations, ROU assets, lease liabilities, and related disclosures.
- Prepare management reports, MIS, variance analysis, and financial insights.




- Support implementation and improvement of accounting processes and controls.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications
- B.Com / CA/ CMA (Preferred).
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting.
- Solid knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Lease Accounting.
- Experience in ERP systems such as SAP.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and financial analysis.

Preferred Skills
- Expertise in IFRS 16 / Ind AS 116 Lease Accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
- Experience working with multinational organizations and audit teams.
