About the Role

This is an prospect for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting, is comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders, and takes genuine pride in building high-performing, well-run organizations. You will report to the Site HR Leader and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on everything from workforce planning to complex employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities





Business Partnership & Employee Relations
- Serve as the primary HR advisor to managers, providing guidance on employee relations, policy interpretation, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Coach managers through what matters most — providing hands-on consultation on org health, employee engagement, performance management, ER investigations, and complex people - bringing clarity and sound judgment to every situation.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex HR issues, collaborating with HR Services and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to ensure timely resolution.
- Own and scale end-to-end employee lifecycle operations — onboarding, offboarding, and transitions. Maintain HRIS data integrity.
- Monitor HR metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, and translate them into clear recommendations for the business.
