We are hiring for:

· US IT Recruiter

· US IT Bench Sales Recruiter

· OPT Recruiter

What You'll Do

· Source and identify candidates for US IT staffing requirements through different recruitment channels.

· Screen candidates, understand their skills and experience, and coordinate the recruitment process.

· Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates, recruiters, vendors, and internal teams.

· Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, and status updates.

· Maintain accurate candidate information and daily recruitment activity records.

What We're Looking For

· 0–2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment, Bench Sales, Staffing, or related recruitment.

· Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in US IT Staffing are welcome.





· Good verbal and written English communication skills.

· Basic understanding of US IT Recruitment/Staffing is an advantage.

· Strong sourcing, follow-up, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

· Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

· Willingness to learn US IT Staffing processes and recruitment practices.

· Comfortable working Night Shift according to the EST Time Zone.
