We are looking for a detail -oriented
Business Analyst, preferably in Shipping
Management Platforms and logistics/supply chain solutions. The candidate will
play a key role in gathering, analysing, and validating business requirements
while ensuring alignment with project deliverables.This role requires strong
analytical thinking, stakeholder communication, and hands -on experience with
Agile practices and tools like JIRA.
Business Analyst:
- 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Prior experience in Shipping Management Platforms or
logistics/supply chain domain
- Strong skills in requirement elicitation, analysis, and
documentation
- Experience in validating business requirements against
deliverables
- Hands -on experience with JIRA for user stories and tracking
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with cross -functional teams
- Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail
Senior Business Analyst:
- 7 -9 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Prior experience in Shipping Management Platforms or
logistics/supply chain domain
- Strong skills in requirement elicitation, analysis, and
documentation
- Experience in validating business requirements against
deliverables
- Hands -on experience with JIRA for user stories and tracking
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with cross -functional teams
- Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail
BA Lead:
- 10 -15 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Prior experience in Shipping Management Platforms or the logistics/supply chain domain
- Strong skills in requirement elicitation, analysis, and
documentation
- Experience in validating business requirements against
deliverables
- Hands -on experience with JIRA for user stories and tracking
- Positive stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with cross -functional teams
- Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail
