Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
You are part of an organizational project and you will be responsible to analyze and restructure our vendor master data based on the requirements.
- You provide up-to-date customer master data to ensure smooth business processes in regards to billing and quotation processes.
· Coordinate our external support team in India by addressing inquiries, managing bug resolution, and delivering targeted training sessions.
· Execute comprehensive test cases throughout the carve-out project, proactively identify and report potential bugs to the development team.
- Mass change data to either increase data quality
- Provide key user documentation and run key user trainings to ensure correct usage of processes and to reduce support requests
