We're Hiring: Social Media Specialist Work From Office | Ahmedabad | US Shift | ₹4–5 LPA

We're looking for a hands-on Social Media Specialist to own our brand's social presence across multiple accounts and markets — from strategy to execution.

What you'll do:
Build and manage monthly content calendars
Run our Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube channels
Create post/Reel concepts and write scroll-stopping captions
Schedule, publish, and monitor engagement across platforms
Track trends and competitor activity
Coordinate with designers/videographers and internal teams
Drive UGC, employee content, and influencer/community initiatives
Use performance data to shape what we post next

You're a fit if you:
✅ Have hands-on experience managing social accounts end-to-end (not just overseeing)
✅ Can write, plan, and publish independently
✅ Understand what makes content perform — and can prove it with examples




✅ Are comfortable juggling multiple brands/verticals at once
✅ Can work from our Ahmedabad office on US shift timings

We'll measure success by: reach, engagement, follower growth, video views, website traffic from social, and leads generated — not just posting frequency.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
