Position Overview
Xira Infotech is seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in the digital marketing or software development industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company while honing your skills in sales and client management.

Key Responsibilities
– Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking events,



and social media platforms.

– Conduct research to understand the needs and pain points of prospective clients, and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

– Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in their digital marketing and IT service initiatives.

– Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of Xira Infotech’s services.

– Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.

– Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team, consistently driving revenue growth for the company.

– Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

– Provide regular reports and updates on sales
