- Customer Acquisition: Identify, source, and build relationships with potential clients in designated rural/urban areas, forming groups (SHGs).
- Product Promotion: Educate clients on micro-loans, savings, and insurance, matching products to their financial needs.
- Sales & Targets: Drive sales, achieve weekly/monthly targets, and manage territory growth.
- Application Processing: Assist with form filling, document collection (KYC), credit checks, and data entry.
- Loan Management: Oversee disbursement, manage loan portfolios, collect installments, and follow up on dues.
- Field Operations: Conduct village feasibility studies, visit potential customers, and deposit collected funds.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, RBI guidelines, and internal processes.
