Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and reliable *Electrician cum Plumber* to handle electrical and plumbing maintenance, repairs, installations, and troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that electrical systems, plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment are functioning safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform electrical installation, repair, and maintenance work.

* Troubleshoot electrical faults, switches, sockets, wiring, lights, and other electrical equipment.

* Handle plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance work.

* Repair water leakage, taps, pipes, valves, drainage, and sanitary fittings.

* Conduct regular inspection of electrical and plumbing systems.

* Attend and resolve maintenance complaints promptly.

* Maintain and use electrical and plumbing tools safely.

* Ensure all work is carried out according to safety standards.





* Identify potential electrical or plumbing issues and take preventive action.

* Maintain basic records of repairs and maintenance work.

* Coordinate with the maintenance/administration team whenever required.

* Respond to emergency maintenance requirements when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* 1–3 years of experience as an Electrician, Plumber, or Electrician cum Plumber.

* Good knowledge of electrical wiring, fittings, and basic electrical troubleshooting.

* Positive knowledge of plumbing systems, pipes, fittings, and drainage.

* Ability to use electrical and plumbing tools safely.

* Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures.

* Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

* Reliable, punctual, and physically fit.
