We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Marketing Executive to manage our social media presence, create engaging marketing content, and support the company's digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and handle the company's social media platforms.
- Create creative social media posts, posters, banners, reels, and promotional content.
- Develop content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other platforms.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and marketing activities.
- Generate new and creative marketing ideas and promotional strategies.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to understand product and campaign requirements.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials.
- Monitor social media trends and implement relevant content ideas.
- Prepare monthly/weekly social media content plans.
- Track social media performance and provide basic reports and insights.
- Support offline marketing activities, events,



exhibitions and promotional campaigns when required.

Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Strong creativity and visual sense.
- Experience in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar design tools is preferred.
- Good content writing and communication skills.
- Ability to create attractive posters and social media creatives independently.
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels/video editing will be an added advantage.
- Ability to think creatively and come up with new marketing ideas.
- Good coordination and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
